Taxis can be an alternative for this trip, but taking a taxi would be costly because of the distance between.

Metro

Fast Ferry
Once you reach the Yenikapı from the airport with the metro, you can transfer to Bandırma ferries here. Bandırma ferryboats, carrying their passengers to Bandırma, depart from Yenikapı every day at 07:00 and 18:30. You can get on the ferry at 7 am with your car.
